The Motor House Gallery is the first space you experience when entering our building. Our gallery introduces you to the visual art work of Baltimore's bold and vibrant artistic community. We focus on providing a platform for local emerging artists through a lens of justice and equity. Our reach and impact is amplified through key partnerships with organizations like Arts Every Day, Asia North Festival, and more.

GALLERY CURATORS
CAMILLE KASHAKA
Camille Kashaka (she/her/hers) the Executive Director of Motor House. Camille received her BFA from Howard University in Theatre Administration, and her Masters from
American University in Arts Management.Prior to joining Motor House, she served as the Interim Managing Director at Hattiloo Theatre in Memphis, TN where she oversaw the day to day operations of the company. She also was proud to serve as the Director of the Anacostia Arts Center in Southeast Washington, DC.
In addition to her work as an arts manager, Camille is also a lighting designer. She has been privileged to
design for a number of organizations including Freshh Inc Theatre Company, Astro Pop Events, and
JAMtheRevue.
